Who owns the code? Can I switch to another provider later?

Where is my data stored? Is this GDPR compliant?

What happens after the 12 months of included support? Do I have to pay then?

From year 2, the maintenance package (CHF 990/year) is mandatory. This covers: OS updates (so your app continues to work with new iOS/Android versions), bug fixes, security patches, server hosting. Additional adjustments (e.g., new features, design changes) are optional and billed by effort at CHF 90/hour. Most customers realistically pay CHF 990-1390/year total.

Can I expand the app later? What does that cost?

Yes, anytime! Thanks to our AI-powered workflow, we're extremely efficient: CHF 90/hour instead of the usual CHF 120-200/hour at other Swiss agencies. Small adjustments (new menu item, text changes): ~1-2 hours. Larger features (login system, booking function): from CHF 2,000. We always provide a transparent estimate upfront.

How does store publication work? Do I need my own accounts?

By default, the app is published with our developer account – this is easier and faster. Alternatively, we can set up your own Apple Developer Account for a one-time setup fee of CHF 290 plus the annual cost of CHF 99 paid directly to Apple. For Android (Google Play), these costs don't apply, as we manage multiple apps under one account there.

What if Apple/Google rejects my app?
